CIRP Recurrent Training

Course Content

CIRP Recurrent training is for previously trained and current CIRP representatives to further enhance their skills to support their fellow pilots with work-related events. CIRP Recurrent builds on the skills previously learned during Individual and Group Crisis Intervention training. Recurrent training utilizes interactive practice sessions in structured defusing and debriefing techniques. CIRP is designed to help flight crews more effectively deal with the normal reactions to abnormal work events before harmful stress reactions can damage job performance, careers, families, personal life, and health.

Expenses

The attendee’s MEC budget is responsible for all pilot expenses: travel, lodging, meals, and flight pay loss (FPL), if required.
