  • We often work on our days off and fly above and beyond our normal schedules to help you reach your destination on time.

  • When things go wrong, with a delay, cancellation, or disrupted travel plans, it is our Pilots who work to get you back on schedule. 

  • United Pilots are operating under a contract with quality-of-work-life rules that we have not updated for more than 10 years. We are currently negotiating in good faith for a contract that enhances security for our loved ones and provides more control over our schedules. These changes will allow us to honor our commitments to our loved ones and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

As you board your next United flight, we thank you and stand ready to deliver the outstanding experience you expect from our airline. United Pilots prioritize safety and care for our customers, now it is time for United management to prioritize United Pilots.
