OFFICIAL RULES FOR The FlightDeck WATCH & WIN PROMOTION

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

2. HOW TO ENTER:

During the promotion period, visit http://flightdeck.alpa.org to complete and submit the promotion registration form, including a valid home mailing address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.

Entrant may also mail the correct answer in on a postcard or index card with your name, address, phone number, date and the correct answer to:

Entries must be received before the next “The FlightDeck” episode broadcasts.

3. PROMOTION SCHEDULE:

The FlightDeck Watch & Win promotion runs for six months, from August 1, 2011 through February 29, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this promotion. The promotion consists of six monthly entry periods. Each entry period begins when a new episode of The FlightDeck is posted.

4. SPONSOR:

The Promotion is sponsored by Sennheiser Aviation / Sennheiser Electronic Corporation (SEC). SEC is the U.S. wholly-owned subsidiary, with headquarters in Old Lyme, Connecticut. SEC represents all Sennheiser products in the United.

5. SELECTION OF THE WINNER:

One entry with the correct answer will be randomly drawn each month. The selected entry will be entered into a drawing with five others, one each from the six episodes. One of the six entrees will be randomly drawn to win a HMEC 26-T Sennheiser Active Noise Reduction Headset with electronic talk-through.

6. CLAIMING THE PRIZE:

SEC will mail the prize to the winner. Allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules. The Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA), its promotional agents, and promotion sponsors are not responsible for illegible, lost, delayed or misdirected mail, errors in web registrations or shipments, or incomplete entries.

All submissions become the property of ALPA. Winners may be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and agree to the use of the winner's name, photograph, or likeness for promotion and grant ALPA and Sponsor any and all rights to said use without further compensation. All federal, state and local laws apply.

8. ELIGIBILITY:

A. Employees (including immediate families and household members) of ALPA or Sennheiser, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies are not eligible.

B. One entry per person per episode. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

C. Entrants must be 21 years of age and older and legal residents of the United States or Canada.

D. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

9. PRIZES AND ODDS:

A. Winner will receive a Sennheiser HMEC 26-T Headset, with winner’s choice of available aircraft connector interface (e.g. Boeing, Airbus). The retail estimated value of the Headset is $850.00. However, Sennheiser reserves the right to substitute similar prize of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize.

B. Winners will be contacted via telephone and/or email. If a winner cannot be reached within 30 days of initial attempt, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification of winner and selection of an alternate winner.

C. Prizes may not be redeemed or substituted for cash.

D. The odds of winning will vary based on the number of entries received.

10. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:

By participating in the promotion, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.

11. RELEASE:

By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, ALPA, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. ALPA’s liability is limited to choosing the winner. ALPA shall have no responsibility or liability for damages caused by the prize.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Promotion or any portion thereof should any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, in which case the prizes will be awarded via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13. PROMOTION RESULTS:

Winner list requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than October 1, 2011. For the Winner list, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to:
