As we celebrate Earth Day on April 22, ALPA continues to work with government and airline industry stakeholders to press for a more sustainable and environmentally friendly aviation industry. Let’s take a look at some of the changes that demonstrate the remarkable progress that’s been made since jets were introduced in the 1950s to deliver a quieter, cleaner, and more fuel-efficient industry.
