ALPA Puts Plans into Action

At ALPA’s 130th Executive Board meeting in May, board members passed a resolution to conduct a feasibility study on holding a concurrent ALPA-wide informational picket near Labor Day.

ALPA’s president, consulting with the Association’s vice president–finance/treasurer and the Strategic Preparedness and Strike Committee chair, determined that union resources would be available to support master executive councils interested in participating in an informational picket on September 1 and shared the recommendation with Executive Council members in June.
