My First Flight
Do you remember the magic of your first flight as a child? The wonder you felt as you took to the air? What about your first flying lesson? Or the sense of accomplishment as you entered the flight deck as a professional airline pilot?
We asked our members to share their stories with us and help inspire the next generation of pilots to take to the skies. They provided stories of their first flight ever, first time in a cockpit, first lessons, first solo flight, even the first flight as a captain. They shared what made it memorable, magical, or momentous. They told us what they remembered feeling, thinking, and doing.
