Our aviation industry is growing and our airlines are hiring pilots, flight attendants, and mechanics. Professional educators are prepared to fill our industry with highly trained workers and skilled aviators, but there are challenges in attracting young people to our industry. This conference will bring together airlines, educators, professional pilots, aircraft manufacturers, regulators, and others to explore ways of ensuring that the best and brightest students are not only able, but will also choose to come to our industry and become airline pilots.
