Have You Read? Jack Bear, X-Ops

By R.F. Jeppesen

Jack Bear, X-Ops is a reflection of the intense involvement that currently resides in many aspects of covert activity within intelligence agencies. This high-tech read illuminates those clandestine operations that are extensively economic, overt, and sometimes criminal. The author writes a fast-moving fictional action thriller that covers a vast spectrum of deeds and misdeeds, all presented in a well-researched and entertaining presentation. He’s clearly no stranger to both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aviation, and he’s able to take the reader visually through this tale of intrigue, deception, and betrayal with an uncommon realism that will have you wondering if any of this could possibly be based on some true adventure. If you like a book that holds your attention from start to finish and doesn’t insult your intelligence by being overly fictional, this is a good one for you.
