September 25, 2012 - Pilot fatigue mitigation continues to be one of ALPA’s top strategic priorities. In Canada, the process for creating new flight-/duty-time regulations took another step forward last week. Transport Canada made public the report of the Canadian Aviation Regulation Advisory Council (CARAC) Flight Crew Fatigue Management Working Group.
