June 21, 2012 - On May 21, the Delta MEC approved the Contract 2012 Tentative Agreement for membership ratification, more than seven months ahead of the December 31, 2012, amendable date. Since then, Delta pilots have been provided the contract language itself, a comprehensive series of Negotiators’ Notepads, and a significant amount of accompanying material.

The Delta MEC is updating the Frequently-Asked-Questions database on the MEC website daily and the Delta Pilot Network is staffed seven days a week to answer pilot questions. Pilot leaders have conducted 13 road shows and contract presentations throughout the system and posted a web version to the Delta MEC website. The ratification window will close June 29 at 10:00 a.m., ET.
