June 21, 2012 - The chairmen of ALPA’s various national committees were in Washington, D.C., today to meet with national officers and staff. The group received briefings this morning from ALPA Strategic Planning Committee Chairman Don Wykoff regarding ALPA’s strategic plan and from ALPA General Manager Jalmer Johnson about major 2012 internal and external environment issues affecting the Association.

Each of the national committee chairmen provided an overview of his committee’s activities and key priorities. The bulk of the session was used to build the framework of priorities for the ALPA Board of Directors meeting, scheduled for the week of October 15 in Hollywood, Fla.
