November 15, 2010 - The Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l (ALPA), today submitted its comments in support of modernizing the Federal Aviation Regulations concerning airline pilot flight duty and rest rules. ALPA actively participated in the Flight and Duty Time Limitations and Rest Requirements Aviation Rulemaking Committee (ARC) chartered by FAA Administrator Randy Babbitt last summer.
